In this animated special, Snoopy plays a "John Travolta" type character in a musical parody of such films as "Flashdance" and "Staying Alive" without borrowing the plot from either. The program consists of various musical vignettes that center around such scenes as a hoe-down, aerobic exercises, a game of "Lucy Says," and especially around Snoopy on the disco dance floor.
